Do I need to create an account?

Without an account, you'll need to re-enter your contact details for each order and won't have access to one-click repeat ordering.
How do I place an order?
To place an order online, follow these steps:
- Use the search box to quickly find a product by name, active ingredient, or brand. Alternatively, browse categories from the top and right of the page.
- Click "Add to Cart" for the desired items. Review your selections in the shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout by clicking "Checkout." Choose guest or register to enter your details and then click "Confirm Order." Once your order is placed, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page.
- You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, delivery takes between 6 to 15 days. Please note that unforeseen technical issues can occasionally extend delivery times up to 30 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping email with a tracking number. Track your order using this number on our tracking page available in the top right bar of the site. For assistance, contact customer service via email.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. A cancellation fee may apply. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
