Do I need to create an account?

No, but we highly suggest you do so. If you are a first-time customer, you can create an account that can save your information and also save time for your future orders.

If you do not create an account or save your log-in details, you will have to re-enter your contact details each time you place an order. You will not be able to see your order status or put a one-click-repeat order on return visits.

How do I place an order?

You can find the product by using the search box feature. This is the fastest way to find a product. You can search for a product by its name, active ingredient, or brand. Another effective method to get a product is to select a category from the list at the top and right of the page.

You can choose items by clicking the "add to cart" button. This will put the things in your shopping cart. After you've decided which products to buy, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button.

On the checkout page choose the guest/ register option to fulfil your details and then click the "Confirm Order" button to place an order. After placing an order you will be redirected to a successful page.

You will then receive an email with a confirmation of your order. You will get this as soon as you place your order. If it does not arrive within a reasonable time, please search your SPAM or junk email folder to see if it has been kept there. If this happens, please add admin@genericbuddy.com to your Secure sender list or white list.

How long I have to wait for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for your medication is between 6 and 15 days. Please keep in mind that due to unexpected technical issues, delivery can take up to 30 days. How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping mail with a tracking number when the product dispatched from our side. You can track the order with that tracking number from our tracking page available on the right side of the top bar.

If you have or facing any issue you can always ask our customer service for the same through sending a mail.

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. In that case, we will refund your money and charge you only the cancellation fee.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped by us will not be able to be cancelled.

Are these medications safe?

Yes, they are safe, mainly because these are branded medications and manufactured in accordance with strict European and international regulations, as well as the highest safety and quality standards.

How can I buy medicine with a prescription?

You can purchase a prescription medicine online by uploading or emailing us a scanned copy of your prescription.

What can I do if I received the wrong dosage of medicine?

In this situation, it is important that you contact us instantly. We will re-send you the correct dosage of the medication.

What if I filled wrong email address in registration?

One of the reasons you did not receive an email update may be that you entered an incorrect email address while registering or making an order. If you registered with the wrong email address, you will be required to re-register.
