Tips on How to Use Our Website

Finding a Product:

a) Using the Search Box:

Enter the name of your medicine or, preferably, its active ingredient into the search box and click enter. Ensure correct spelling to find accurate results. If your desired product isn't listed, please email us at admin@genericbuddy.com with the product details, and we'll assist you promptly by checking availability with our suppliers.

b) Using Categories:

Navigate through categories listed at the top and right of the page. Click on a category to view a list of medicines within that category on the right side of the page. Sub-categories are also accessible, further refining your search. Click on any product name or image for detailed information and ordering options.

c) Visit the Sitemap:

Access all products conveniently through our sitemap page located in the top menu bar. Click on any product name to reach its details and ordering page instantly.

Placing an Order:

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Find the Product:

    • Use the search box or navigate through categories to locate your desired product.
    • Click "Add to Cart" for each item you wish to purchase.

  2. Proceed to Checkout:

    • Once you've added all desired items, click on the shopping cart icon and then "Checkout."
    • Choose the guest or register option to provide necessary details.

  3. Confirm Your Order:

    • Review your order details on the checkout page.
    • Click "Confirm Order" at the bottom of the page to finalize your purchase.
    • You'll be redirected to a confirmation page upon successful order placement.

  4. Order Confirmation:

    • You will receive an email confirming your order immediately after placing it.
    • If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
    • To ensure future emails reach you, add admin@genericbuddy.com to your Secure sender list or whitelist.
